Italkero UK Limited is committed to customer satisfaction and offers reliable shipping services across the UK. We aim to process and ship orders within the designated business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Please allow for potential delays due to high order volumes or during holidays.

Delivery Timeline:
Orders are typically delivered within five weeks of payment completion. If there are any significant delays, we will notify you via email or phone.
Wrong Address Disclaimer:
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at the time of order. If you realise you’ve entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately. If your order has already been dispatched, we are unable to redirect it.
Undeliverable Orders:
If an order is returned to us due to incorrect shipping information, an admin fee of 10% of the product price may apply. Please refer to our Returns Policy for more details.
Damaged or Lost Shipments:
Italkero UK is responsible for orders until they are signed for by the customer. If your order arrives damaged or fails to arrive, please contact us immediately, and we will assist in resolving the issue. We encourage customers to inspect deliveries before signing. If damage is discovered after signing, you have 48 hours to report it.
